At the Loc God Salon, we are committed to providing a luxury experience for those with locs while embracing diversity and promoting hair positivity.
Our policies are designed to ensure that every client feels welcome, valued, and comfortable during their visit.

We celebrate diversity and welcome clients of all backgrounds and hair types.
Discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.

APPOINTMENT POLICY
Appointments are recommended but walk-ins are welcome when available.
Clients with appointments are seen before walk-in clients.
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
We understand that plans may change.
But do not offer cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment and you will be charged a no show fee.
CHILDREN AND GUESTS
Children above the age of 12 are welcome.
Please keep in mind that complimentary champagne is given to 21+ clients.
Adult music might also be playing the salon.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We offer a range of luxury products and services tailored to locs.
Our staff is skilled and knowledgeable.
Show your desired hair goals with staff and they will do their best to help achieve this.
PAYMENTS
We accept various forms of payment including credit cards, Apple Pay, and cash (only Harlem location takes cash).
Your card on file will be charged before your appointment.
You will receive a receipt in your email for all your appointments and services.
After scheduling an appointment you will receive an email, where you will be able to sign into your account.
PRIVACY
We respect your privacy and keep all client information confidential.
We film inside of our facilities and you might be on camera.
You can respectfully decline if you would not like to be featured on our pages.
RESPECT AND COMFORT
We create a safe and respectful environment for all clients.
Clients and staff should communicate respectfully and kindly.
Cigarettes and weed smoking are not permitted inside our facilities.
HYGIENE AND SANITATION
We maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
all equipment and tools are sanitized after each use.
ACCESSIBILITY
We have a folding wheelchair ramp that can be used upon request.
